Tramas is a modular space made in bamboo and a waterproof fabric, which serves as temporary housing (between 2 and 5 months) to communities in emergency on flood-prone areas, the proposal onsists of a basic module or housing that serves to the accommodation and rest to 4 people and store their belongings, and 2 other service modules with modifications that serve to food and hygiene.
The adecuation is similar to a village, and take as reference a concept called “weaving bonds of community”, according to which each person has an important role in the community that allows consolidation, growth and strengthening ties both in this and the space itself.
The set consists of 12 modules: 8 housing to accommodate 32 people, two bathroom, one kitchen and one additional service, either for storage or other requirement that none of the other modules can solve. This allows several possibilities for clustering and adjustment to different terrains. (2014)
